The Italian version constitutes the only official and legally binding version of the document. The English-language version of this document is provided solely as a courtesy to facilitate consultation by users. In the event of any discrepancies, interpretive differences, or inconsistencies between the Italian-language version and any translated version, the Italian text alone shall prevail and be deemed authoritative.

Cancellation of the request for a signature

If it is necessary, a signature request can be revoked after it was sent to the user.

To cancel the Signature Request, make a HTTP PUT request to the endpoint, /api/v1/sign/signature-requests/{signature\_request\_id}/status specifying CANCELLED in the body of the request.

Once the signature request has been canceled, it cannot be reactivated.

At this point the signature request has been cancelled. The user will not be able to proceed with the signature.
