The Italian version constitutes the only official and legally binding version of the document. The English-language version of this document is provided solely as a courtesy to facilitate consultation by users. In the event of any discrepancies, interpretive differences, or inconsistencies between the Italian-language version and any translated version, the Italian text alone shall prevail and be deemed authoritative.

Glossary

Term	Meaning
Document	The document to be signed including the metadata (title, clauses to sign).
Dossier	The template of the file that contains all the metadata of the Documents to sign in a Signature Request.
Signature request	The signature request is forwarded to a citizen. It is the resource that keeps track of the entire life cycle of the signature process. It contains a status, the timestamps of every event and the list of attached documents (updated according to each phase). It is created based on a dossier.
