The Italian version constitutes the only official and legally binding version of the document. The English-language version of this document is provided solely as a courtesy to facilitate consultation by users. In the event of any discrepancies, interpretive differences, or inconsistencies between the Italian-language version and any translated version, the Italian text alone shall prevail and be deemed authoritative.

Security and storage

All the information processed within the system will be managed by different providers that interact with the pagoPA platform, each within the scope of their responsibility and in compliance with current regulations on the storage of electronic documents and data security.

Keep in mind that the purpose of storage is to protect the electronic documents and their data over time, ensuring their integrity for the purpose of preserving the probatory value of the electronic document.

Without prejudice to legal obligations regarding the storage of documentation regarding the activities performed for the provision of the service and the use of the functions, as well as the provisions of current regulations on privacy, every entity directly connected to the pagoPA platform (creditor or PSP) is required to archive all the data transmitted and received via the service without making any changes.
