Service requests
What they are and what they are for
Service requests are the administrative process through which a party subscribes to consume an e-service published in the e-service catalog of the National Digital Data Platform (PDND). They replace the previous bilateral framework agreements between the producer and the consumer.
Within a service request, the object of verification consists of the access requirements (attributes) that the producer has defined as a necessary condition for subscription.
To ensure administrative consistency and traceability, there can be only one active service request per e-service.
As an act that establishes an agreement between two parties, the request must be compiled and submitted by a user with an administrator role.
