How to formalize the declaration on personal data processing
Every e-service published by a producer involves the provision (or reception) of information. Following the update of the AgID Guidelines in May 2025, producers are obligated to declare whether the data supplied or received constitutes personal data. This requirement is implemented on the platform with the release of November 18, 2025.
Step 1
As the producer, access the e-service page and, within the information details, locate the field "Supplies Personal Data" (or "Receives Personal Data" for e-services with reverse delivery).
Step 2
Click on "Indicate Processing" in the banner below.
Step 3
In the side panel that appears, specify whether the e-service processes personal data and confirm your selection.
