Other data - storage
The navigation data - the records containing the information related to the browsers, IP addresses and devices used during user interactions on NP - is stored for 90 days.
The cookies are stored for 6 months.
The acceptance code of the address/digital domicile and OTP code are stored for 1 hour.
The data related to the configuration of the users (roles, groups to which they belong, digital domiciles and addresses, delegations, etc.) is stored for 2 years from the last access.
Data acquired through the SPID and CIE, specifically the first and last name, fiscal code, role of the person registered as the representative of the sending PA is stored for 10 years from the last acquisition.
The documents generated by sending analog notifications (e.g. return receipts) in digital format and the PEC receipts are stored for 10 years.
