Legal persons

Legal persons are understood as the recipients of notifications who cannot be configured as physical persons. This means therefore the legal persons, institutions, associations or other public or private subject, who are residents or have a registered office in Italy or abroad if a holder of the attributed fiscal code pursuant to Presidential Decree 29 September 1973, no. 605. The legal person does not access NP directly but through a physical person and, specifically, through the legal representative who can enable other users to use NP.

This section describes what physical persons who access on behalf of a legal person can do.
