A physical person accesses NP at the address https://cittadini.notifichedigitali.it, authenticating themselves with their digital identity, confirming acknowledgment of the terms of service (ToS) and the privacy policy.

At the first access, the user must confirm acknowledgment of the terms of service (ToS) and the privacy policy.

This provides the user with access to the notification platform area to manage their own notifications and, if applicable, those delegated to them. They can also configure their digital addresses.
