Authorized official of the sender

The authorized officer of the sending Public Administration is the person appointed by the Public Administration to manage the onboarding process on the Self Care portal, acting as the legal representative of the organization.
It is important that this person has access to the communications sent to the Public Administration’s digital domicile and has been designated as the Administrative Contact in a previous onboarding process for services offered by PagoPA S.p.A.
