Access to undelivered notifications
In addition to operations on a single notification, the recipient or their delegate may access notices of receipt that have not been delivered.
The method for accessing undelivered notifications is the same in both cases:
- the person, whether the recipient or their delegate, identifies themselves through an in-person identity check;
- the post office operator acquires the recipient’s tax code and, in the case of delegation, the delegate’s tax code, if applicable;
- the recipient’s tax code is sent to PN;
- PN returns, where available, the links to the Notices of Receipt that were not delivered because the recipient could not be located and that had not already been provided through this same process;
- the post office operator scans the recipient’s identity document and, in the case of a delegate, the delegate’s identity document and the signed delegation form, which is available on the Poste website and on PN and can be printed at the post office;
- the operator sends the scanned documents to PN;
- the operator starts printing the Notices of Receipt;
- the operator completes the operation by collecting payment for the service and handing over the printed documents.
