Certificate enforceable against third parties

The certificate enforceable against third parties are PDF files, signed digitally by PagoPA with a qualified digital seal as defined by CAD (Digital Administration Code) and provided with a certified time stamp. These characteristics guarantee the non-repudiation of the certificates and that they cannot be changed.
The certificates are generated upon occurrence of some events relevant for the notification and have the following format:
