Accreditation terms for PDND
The following entities can join PDND:
- Subjects referred to in Article 2, Paragraph 2, Letter a) (Public Administrations) of the CAD must join PDND Interoperabilità, develop the specific programming interfaces (APIs) as defined in Article 50-ter, Paragraph 2 of the CAD, and make their databases available on PDND Interoperability by September 30, 2023.
- Subjects referred to in Article 2, Paragraph 2, Letter b) (Public Service Operators) of the CAD must join PDND Interoperabilità, develop the specific programming interfaces (APIs) as defined in Article 50-ter, Paragraph 2, of the CAD, and make their databases available on PDND Interoperability by March 31, 2024.
- Subjects referred to in Article 2, Paragraph 2, Letter c) (Publicly Controlled Companies) of the CAD must join PDND Interoperabilità, develop the specific programming interfaces (APIs) as defined in Article 50-ter, Paragraph 2, of the CAD, and make their databases available on PDND Interoperability by September 30, 2024.
- The preceding obligations also apply to subjects referred to in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the CAD who, pursuant to Article 50-ter, Paragraph 7 of the CAD, decide to continue using the interoperability systems already provided for by current legislation.
