Essential information required
- Associated e-service: Indicates which e-service (to which the party is subscribed) the purpose refers to. This declaration is binding — the purpose cannot be used for other e-services.
- Name and description: Identify the purpose and help the consumer navigate among the purposes created.
- Risk analysis: A questionnaire detailing the purpose, processing methods, and retention of the data being accessed. If the purpose is associated with an e-service operating in receiving mode, the analysis is completed by the producer.
- Load estimate: The estimated number of daily API calls to the API exposed by the e-service; it can be updated at any time. More details are provided in the dedicated section.
- Free-of-charge title and motivation (if applicable): Indicates whether data access is free of charge and the corresponding motivation. For Public Administrations, the field is pre-filled with the statement “I am a Public Administration.”
- Associated clients: The list of clients through which a valid voucher can be obtained. Clients can be associated only with active purposes. More details are available in the dedicated section.
