How to upgrade a service request
When a new version of the e-service is published in the catalog, all subscribers are required to update their service requests to the latest available version.
Step 1 - Access your request
From the menu, go to Subscribing > Sent requests, select the request of interest, and enter it.
Step 2 - Upgrade the request
Before updating, it's recommended to consult with your technical team. In particular, it's best practice to review:
- the changelog, i.e., the description of the latest version of the e-service, to understand what has changed since the previous version;
- the API interface file, to ensure there are no breaking changes affecting your integration;
- any documentation attached by the producer, to verify the contents of the new version.
Once your integration is compatible with the latest version, you can click the Upgrade button located at the top right of your request’s page.
This action will archive the old service request and publish a new one updated to the latest version. No further steps are required.
