The Italian version constitutes the only official and legally binding version of the document. The English-language version of this document is provided solely as a courtesy to facilitate consultation by users. In the event of any discrepancies, interpretive differences, or inconsistencies between the Italian-language version and any translated version, the Italian text alone shall prevail and be deemed authoritative.

Mandatory

To be able to publish a service in production mode the following information must be entered:

name
description
organization
1. organization_name
2. organization_fiscal_code
service_metadata
1. scope
2. privacy_url
3. At least one or more direct contact channels from which the citizen can request support (phone, email, pec, support_url)

It is also mandatory to upload the organization's logo. It must:

have a dimension of 300x300;
be in png format;
have a white or transparent background.

If the service does not have all the mandatory data, it will be present in the list of IO with “pending”. The services with this status cannot send messages to citizens.
