These instructions are directed to operators who intend to join the National Youth Card program created by the Department of Youth Policies and the Universal civil service and developed by PagoPA S.p.A.

The technical documentation describes the processes for registering for and implementing the program through the dedicated portal, available at the following link.

The technical documentation could be updated while the program is offered. The various versions are always available in this repository.
