The Italian version constitutes the only official and legally binding version of the document. The English-language version of this document is provided solely as a courtesy to facilitate consultation by users. In the event of any discrepancies, interpretive differences, or inconsistencies between the Italian-language version and any translated version, the Italian text alone shall prevail and be deemed authoritative.

The requirements

The Representative indicated by the Operator when expressing interest must have a SPID account for a physical person.

To access the Portal, the representative of the operator must not only have a personal SPID, but also have a Personal Computer connected to the internet with the following specifications:

Browser: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox (ESR) 52+, Safari 11
Operating system: Windows XP and higher, Mac OS X 10.11 and higher
Optional programs: based on the functions used and the types of documents used as attachments, it may be necessary to have additional programs such as a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader).
