The tone of voice of the services
The text used in digital product interfaces plays a fundamental role in the user experience. For this reason, IO aims to communicate clearly, informally, and inclusively.

This is a broad topic, but here are some rules to follow for effective communication:
- You don't need too many words.
To design a good user experience, you need to get straight to the point of what you want to communicate. It's important to avoid writing things users might already know and adding too many details if they could distract from the ultimate purpose of the message or screen in question. - Choose what to say and when to say it.
Information must be provided in the right place at the right time: depending on these two factors, it will be more or less useful to users. We recommend providing general information on the service's presentation pages and more specific information—for example, regarding tools and usage methods—inside the messages. - Text should inform and guide action.
Each text should prompt users to take an action, be it saving a reminder, making a payment, or searching for more information. We recommend including clear instructions and calls to action to avoid dead ends in the experience.
