This manual targets public and private bodies that provide their services on IO pursuant to the relative guidelines. The purpose of this document is to:

clarify what is meant by a service in the context of IO;
explain what are the types of services that can be provided on IO and which functions can be used;
provide information about how to create the services;
provide service models that can be used.
