Obtaining a payment
The following functions can be used to obtain a payment from citizens via IO:

| Messages containing a payment notification | Messages that contain information about about an amount due, with a reminder of the payment deadline and the “See notification” button to proceed with the payment. | ✅ |
| CTA Paga | The state and summary of the payment are indicated directly in the message | in roadmap |
| “Green” check mark | The sending institution can know if and when the users make a payment following a notification contained in a message | ✅ |
| Payment reminder | Push notifications and emails that remind users of any payments that are due | ✅ |
| New payment methods for citizens | Users can pay in app with the payment systems offered by their device and via their bank account | in roadmap |
| Integrations to the ability to scan a notification | Payment by scanning the codes contained in the notification will include other types of codes (e.g. datamatrix for the Poste Italiane (Italian post office)) | ✅ |
