The Italian version constitutes the only official and legally binding version of the document. The English-language version of this document is provided solely as a courtesy to facilitate consultation by users. In the event of any discrepancies, interpretive differences, or inconsistencies between the Italian-language version and any translated version, the Italian text alone shall prevail and be deemed authoritative.

Why do it through IO?

You can easily reach millions of citizens;
You have a universal address available: all you need to know is the recipient's fiscal code;
You have a qualified channel where you can send relevant communications, including via push notifications or email forwarding;
You can easily send payment requests, attach files, or promote external resources (e.g., "Go to the website" button);
You don't have to worry about managing subscriptions\unsubscriptions: citizens can do this independently in the app.

What tools do you have available?

The following functions can be used to inform citizens with IO:
