What do to in case of errors when sending an email
When sending an email, it is a good idea to pay maximum attention to all the information it includes and aways send a test message following what is indicated in the technical guide.
In case of an error, in fact, currently it is not possible to change or delete a message that was sent to citizens. However, there are actions you can take to limit the problem. The following pages contain information on what to do in the case of the most frequent errors.
