Currently, the following entities can participate: Public Administrations (PAs), Public Service Managers (GSP), Publicly controlled companies (SCP), Consolidated economic-accounting companies (SCEC), E‑procurement platforms certified by AgID and insurance companies (only to the flow related to dormant insurance policies).

As outlined in the AgID Guidelines — 2025 update, private enterprises will also be granted access as consumers. Currently, they can only access the Validation environment.

To access the E-service Catalog, it's necessary first to complete the subscription process, which includes signing and uploading the subscription agreement to the platform. For more details, please refer to the guide to joining.

If an organization cannot meet the terms of the membership agreement, it is possible to contact support to evaluate the situation during the adhesion process, via the Assistance link located at the top right during the process.
